  • Supervised Living:
    Pathfinder Group Homes meet the special needs of residents within the normal framework of a home-like living experience. The program provides twenty-four (24) hour supervision and an intensive training program which utilizes treatment encompassing the social, emotional, cognitive, physical living. Individual training is made available in all areas of basic living skills to assist residents toward independent living.

    There are currently six units: Alexander Waiver Homes, Cave Springs Home, Gray St., Plaza, Point West

    Apartment Living:
    Each complex has an office, laundry facilities, and a Community Room. The individual lives in a private apartment with rent assistance. The resident must possess personal skills to enable self-sufficiency. Some daily living and skills training are provided.

    The current apartment complexes are: Gateway Apartments, Max Howell Complex, Michael T. O’Brien Complex, Pathfinder Meadows, Redwood Apartments, T. P. White Complex, V. Alton Johnson Apartments, Zumwalt Courts

    Tenant Based Rental Assistance
    Pathfinder provides Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Vouchers for individuals currently enrolled in a Pathfinder program who need assistance with monthly rent, security deposits, and tenant paid utilities to landlords in the community. The level of subsidy is based on income of the household and/or rent of the unit the household selects. Units must meet minimum Housing Quality Standards for occupancy and be inspected at move-in and annually for continued compliance. Individuals must reside in Pulaski, Lonoke or Saline County in order to receive this service.
